1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At LogikHaus, we strive for customer satisfaction. Our policy regarding returns and cancellations is as follows:
- Returns: We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. A 5% administrative processing fee may apply to cover payment gateway charges.
- Non-Returnable: Custom-ordered electronic components, FPGA boards with opened anti-static bags, and software licenses are final sale.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
- Data Collection: We collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer support.
- Data Usage: Your data is used to process orders, send shipping updates, and handle technical inquiries regarding our products.
- Third Parties: We share necessary data with our payment processors (e.g., HitPay) and logistics partners (e.g., FedEx/DHL). We never sell your data to advertisers.
- Security: We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your information during transmission.
3. Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from LogikHaus, you agree to the following terms:
- Pricing: Prices are in the currency stated (SGD/USD) and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Liability: LogikHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Export Control: You agree not to export any LogikHaus products to restricted countries or for prohibited end-uses in violation of Singapore or international export laws.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
